I love working with people, my greatest joy is to help others help themselves. I studied hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic counselling. I also specialise in working with young people age 11-18, and people on the functional autistic spectrum. Loss, grieve, depression, BPD, anxiety & panic, self-harm, phobias, weight loss, relationship issues, low self-esteem.
