It is vital that you work with a counsellor you feel comfortable with, so I always suggest we talk on the phone first and then you can decide.
I come from a varied background and have spent time developing support groups for parents of disabled children, running creative wellbeing courses, delivering autism awareness courses and am a volunteer counsellor for Footsteps Counselling and Care in Gloucester. I also work part-time as a cancer support worker, working with clients at all stages of their brain cancer journey.
