I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I worked and trained with a trauma clinic, helping clients through they're counselling journey, along side this, I attended regular training programmes, workshops.
I studied in different integrated aspects and modalities of therapy.
I'm fully trained in the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy technique and the Person Centred Therapy technique.
I'm also trained and qualified in Hypnotherapy. This is a useful form of therapy as this can be very relaxing for the client, helping the client to feel at ease, open the mind and implement positive change.
