I am an experienced Integrative Humanistic Counsellor/ Psychotherapist with over 13 years experience of working with adults in a therapeutic capacity .
Having worked in the NHS as a nurse and midwife for over 35 years, I understand the impact of a life limiting or life changing diagnosis and the loss and anxiety of facing unexpected health challenges.
As well as my private practice, I also volunteer as a supervisor and bereavement supporter for Cruse Bereavement Care where I also deliver training for this organization. I am a BACP accredited Counsellor & accredited Supervisor with the NCS (National Counselling Society). In accordance with the requirements for registered counsellors; I receive monthly supervision support for my work.

I will not judge, give you advice or tell you what to do, but will gently and compassionately enable you to make sense of what you are going through and help you find your way forward. We will work together in a safe, trusting and confidential relationship. I believe that counselling is a collaborative process where together, we will discover your own unique way of being and find what works for you.
