I am a qualified Psychotherapist offering counselling and hypnotherapy for those suffering with panic attacks, anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, bereavement, phobias and other mental health issues. My company is MINDSET Holistic Therapies.

With people experiencing Mental Health issues in both the work place and personal lives it is important to take care of our ourselves both physically and mentally.

At Mindset I use a holistic approach to help you achieve a balanced healthy lifestyle. I do this by looking at all aspects of your life that may be contributing to your presenting issues. As a qualified Psychotherapist I offer counselling, hypnotherapy and mindfulness sessions.
