I am a qualified and experienced counsellor working in East London. I work from an Integrated approach so I can ensure I am providing individualized care and support for the person I am working with. The most important thing to me is providing a warm, open and non-judgemental space where the person can feel free to explore what they need to and move toward their own growth and healing.
We all experience pain that stems from the parts of ourselves or the things we have gone through that have created immense shame. It is important to me to be able to provide the space where a person can feel safe enough to explore and share these parts of themselves and learn to bring and feel compassion to these places and move forward.
I am able to work with adults and adolescents (aged 13-18) and am able to provide short and long term therapy, both in person as well as via Skype.
