I am a qualified person-centred counsellor offering a flexible therapeutic service tailored to your needs and requirements. I have an integrative approach so I draw from a range of psychotherapy and counselling techniques, to suit the particular requirements of my client. I Believe that therapy can be the key to getting your life back on track. The Relationship between myself and my client is equal and based on mutual trust and respect; therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to reach your own unique counselling goals.
Your therapy will take place in an informal and safe environment where you can talk and be heard in confidence and without judgment. I promise to listen with warmth and respect and help you tackle any issues you might want to address.
