My background is from Registered General Nursing in Intensive Therapy and Neurosciences. I spent a number of years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the area of Mental Health. I have been self- employed as Childminder and have my own family, have experience ongoing in Counselling at both Crossreach organisation for adults and also with Place2Be Children's charity in schools. I further offer Hypnotherapy services - a varied approach in working with clients exploring ways towards a better feeling of wellbeing for a wide variety of issues important to the individual person. I believe any of us can feel stuck at times in life and respect you may need a way forward unique to your own needs- I hope to offer a diverse and holistic approach to working with you towards your own change.
I follow ethical standards as an Accredited Member of National Counselling Society , Member of National Hypnotherapy Society and also as Member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
