Key Worker Counselling

I offer online counselling for anyone over 18 years old. I'm confident that you will appreciate the convenience and comfort of being in my " online counselling room". I offer you my honesty and respect while we explore any issues that you want to bring to me, confidentially and without judgement. If you are feeling overwhelmed, underwhelmed, anxious, frustrated or a sense of loss in your life then contact me to start counselling and you will be taking the next step towards feeling better. If you are interested in booking an appointment or have a question, then please feel free to contact me.

If you are feeling lonely, anxious, depressed, have suffered a loss or bereavement, are feeling overwhelmed or underwhelmed with something in your life, work, health, family or other relationships and aren't quite sure what the reason is, or even if you already have a good idea what the issue is that is causing you concern but aren't sure how to go about dealing with it, then maybe some counselling sessions with me might be just the right step forwards for you.

Our journey together may include laughter, comfort, re-energizing, good memories but may also involve expressing feelings that are painful, and which many of us experience at certain times in our lives. When this happens, it can be difficult to stay positive and cope with everyday life. Online counselling with me can give you the opportunity to access counselling support at a time and in a place, which is convenient to you and with someone that wants to understand your situation and connect with your needs.

People access counselling for all different reasons at different times in their lives. I believe that there is no issue or topic that is too big or too small that you can't bring to me to discuss. I have accessed counselling myself for various reasons and always find it to be helpful and comforting. Therefore, I feel strongly that I would be honoured to be trusted to work with you with whatever your reason for wanting to talk to someone is.

What I offer you?

I offer long-term and short-term online video counselling sessions, depending on your needs, but if after working together, it seems that online telephone or online chat might be more appropriate then we can discuss these options. However, it is recommended that we initially work together via online video.

Whether you are a tech wizard or technophobe, once you have started online counselling, I'm confident that you will appreciate the convenience and comfort of being in my " online counselling room" and forget any technological concerns. For our ‘live’ online counselling appointments we will use free software for the sessions. Once our session is agreed, I will provide you with simple instructions and a hyperlink to download the free software, which is encrypted.

I offer to work with you, at your own pace, to feel empowered to discover solutions to issues in a supportive environment. My role is to listen, for you to be heard, develop a good understanding and rapport with you to help you through this process without judgement.

My dedication, energy and time to solely focus and be guided by your needs and feelings. I have the fullest commitment to offering you my honesty and respect while we explore issues together in confidence and in safety. I am welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and non-discriminatory manner.
