*Hello , Thankyou for taking the time to view my profile and congratulations on taking a brave step towards caring for yourself.
Maybe you have something specific to bring or would like to feel more like you used to.
Whatever it is, entrusting a stranger, feeling safe and tended to in an unfamiliar setting can be daunting.
I understand this having experienced it both personally and professionally. However, the benefits I’ve witnessed through counselling make any initial discomforts worthwhile.
You will be heard and supported without judgement, which will allow you to explore any sensitive unresolved anguish in your present and/or past
I offer a relaxed, confidential private room in my back garden.
You will feel empowered when you are able to find your own inner strengths and solutions.
Developing a clearer understanding of your feelings and reactions promotes future health and well-being.
Our therapeutic relationship is an extremely important aspect of counselling so if you decide I am not the counsellor for you there is no obligation to continue.
I believe that each individuals experiences are unique and with that in mind I draw on several counselling approaches that I feel will benefit you.
