I am a fully qualified Psychotherapist and an Accredited Registrant of the NCS as well as a Certified Psychosexual Counsellor. I provide a broad range of Counselling and Hypnotherapy support to clients from 5 years of age through to Adulthood. I practice in my private therapy room in Billericay and hold specific training in both face to face and online Counselling as they are quite different approaches. I understand that choosing a Therapist can be a task in itself as we will all be qualified in similar areas. Whether you think you need support for a short term issue or understand that you have something going on that has been troubling you for a while, some sessions might become challenging or upsetting and this is where our relationship will become so important. It could be that you are not used to being the focus of attention and it might take some getting used to, but we can address this. By getting to know each other a little better in an initial assessment session you will hopefully feel confident that I will support you in a safe and ethical way with no judgements or pre-conceptions about you or your situation, and by working in this way you will feel comfortable enough to start to explore and find a resolution.
