I am mindful that there can be a wide spectrum of personal reasons why someone may seek counselling and whatever difficulties you are experiencing, I feel it is very important to provide a supportive, safe and respectful environment to help nourish self -exploration, emotional understanding & personal growth.
Sometimes we can all struggle to find ourselves and begin to feel overwhelmed and stuck or get lost in behaviours or situations that we want to change, and these feelings and circumstances can be detrimental to our mental, emotional & physical well-being. If we take the time & space to explore ourselves I like to think that with some hope, self- care & resilience we can try to achieve the balance we are searching for which can help us to make sense of our world and lead us to seeding a more positive, balanced and happy life.
