I am a qualified counsellor with experience of working with children, young people and adults; I am able to work with people from diverse age groups and backgrounds. I work using talking therapies along with an approach that suits you; which will empower you and enable you to make informed decisions; give an insight into your difficulties and build your resilience. I provide a safe, confidential space and will listen to you and work with you on any issues you may face. I have a sound knowledge of counselling approaches and how they can successfully work in real life settings. I have a specific interest in trauma and mental health.

Currently; I am only offering telephone and online counselling.
