I'm a fully qualified adult and children's counsellor.

Life can be challenging sometimes and cause us to have concerns and issues that stop us from enjoying it. I can provide a safe, confidential space where we can talk and explore these concerns and work together so that you can begin to feel happier in life again.

I have worked with individuals, both adults and children, experiencing a diverse range of emotional and psychological issues in their personal, school or working lives, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, family issues, self-harm, and ocd.

If you or your child are experiencing concerns or struggling with life issues then working together we can help make sense of these.
