Whatever brings you to counselling I will help you feel valued, heard and understood. I will help you to identify the challenges you are experiencing and empower you to discover ways to cope and move forward in meaningful ways. I value each person as a unique individual who brings with them all of their own personal experiences in life. We will work together, to help you achieve what you want from the therapeutic process.
I was awarded a Professional Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2016. I have experiencing of working in the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service (IAPT) and a mental health charity working with individuals experiencing Eating Disorders. I trained as an Integrative therapist. This means I can use approaches from different models of therapy and work in a flexible way to find the best fit for you and what suits your needs. I also, qualified as a clinical supervisor in 2020 from The Leeds Centre of Psychological Development. This enables me to supervise other therapists in their work. I currently supervise trainee counsellors.
I am based in S10 and S11 area of Sheffield.
