Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. My name is Tash and I am a fully qualified, integrative counsellor. I appreciate how hard it is to reach out and ask for support. Finding the right therapist to work with is a big decision, so I wanted to share a little bit about myself, to see if I may be a good fit for you. After experiencing difficulties in my own life, I spent some time in therapy and found the process invaluable. It is no exaggeration to say that it changed my life for the better. I decided to re-train as a counsellor, so I could offer the same support and help to others. I have spent years working one to one with people at a local charity and I continue to do this alongside my private practice. I have supported people with poor mental health, including depression and anxiety. I also support women and children who have experienced abusive relationships. I currently do contractual work with Women's Aid and I also counsel children and young people in schools. I don't like labels, I believe we all have our own, unique experience of the world and that we all have the right to be heard and understood. If you think I may be the right counsellor for you then please do get in touch. Thanks again for visiting and I hope to meet you soon. Tash
