Having worked in the Banking and Finance industry for many years and after raising a family, I trained as psychotherapist and ran a holistic health company. I believe my experience in life brings a wealth of experience to my counselling approach. I practise in life, as well as in therapy, an open minded non judgemental approach. I believe in working holistically, encompassing the whole client, psychologically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I do not believe a person is their diagnosis, or their problems, instead I prefer to focus on the person as a unique individual with life experiences. My role is to support them as they find ways to live with, manage or overcome any issues they may be experiencing.
