Having trained for many years and Qualified as an Integrative therapist, I work with a range of Counselling models which help me to tailor your therapy and achieve the best result for you.
As an Accredited Member of NCS and a Registered Member of BACP, I am bound by their professional Ethical Frameworks as well as working in a confidential, non judgmental way at all times. I have an enhanced DBS check for both adults and children and full Professional Indemnity Insurance.
The models I use include Person Centered, CBT, Transactional Analysis (TA) and Existential Therapy. I also have knowledge of mindfulness and hold a Certificate in Family mediation from NFM.
