I offer Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy which allows different therapy approaches to suit all people.

Although I am unable to "Fix Problems" I can however support and encourage to allow you to reach your own decisions right for you on your journey. We will work together to build new positive thought patterns replacing old habits with new solution-focused outcomes

My aim is to provide an environment that is confidential, non-judgmental and safe to help you feel comfortable and understood, in which you can explore your thoughts, emotions and feelings.

Sessions are carried out in my garden room which is safe, private and cosy. There are no access restrictions
