I believe everyone has the right to live the life they want to live; my passion is helping people work through their challenges and be able to live a life they love.
I used a humanistic, person-centred approach to counselling, allowing my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours and help make sense of these. The core purpose of this approach is to facilitate an individual’s ability to grow and reach their full potential.
I am based in Leeds but also offer phone / video sessions.
