Mates in Mind

In my practice, I work with clients who are not sure why they are feeling like they do or perhaps they know why and need support in managing positive coping strategies. You may be experiencing a range of issues including: anxiety, feeling sad, depression, low self-esteem, phobias, bereavement, low self-confidence, family and parenting issues, affairs and betrayals, separation and divorce, child-related issues and relationship issues.

I work with tools from both CBT (analysing our cognitive thought patterns), Emotional Therapeutic Counselling (how past experiences lead us to certain patterns of behaviour), The Rewind Technique (NLP - reframing past memories into positive memories) and C-PTSD to be able to help you work towards a more positive outcome and coping strategies.

I love being able to help my clients understand why they are feeling like they do and working together to make improvements in their overall wellbeing, using the above techniques.

I have experienced anxiety and depressive issues and decided to re-train as a Counsellor to help support others. Please get in touch for an informal chat.
