Mates in Mind

I offer a safe and confidential space that is totally centred on your needs. We will talk and/or use creative tools and therapies to help you tell your story. You can expect to be listened to, for your voice to be heard and validated. We will then work on positive coping strategies that you feel will work for you.

By combining my variety of skills and experience, I am able to tailor my therapy to suit your needs. I have experience with children and adolescents, as well as extensive work with adults in my private practice and working with an employee assistance programme.

I work with talking and creative therapies, tools from both CBT (analysing our cognitive thought patterns), Emotional Therapeutic Counselling (how past experiences lead us to certain patterns of behaviour), The Rewind Technique (NLP - reframing past memories into positive memories).

I love being able to help my clients to make improvements in their overall wellbeing, please call for an informal chat.
