I offer a warm, safe, confidential, and empathetic environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions and support clients to find their way forward.
It is important to recognize that our emotions and feelings are sometimes a mystery to us or can seem so dark that we struggle to acknowledge or accept them ourselves - let alone disclose and discuss them with a stranger.
I approach the counselling process and individual clients with complete non-judgmental respect, empathy and confidentiality, engaging a therapeutic environment of mutual trust and confidence always. I am an Integrative Counsellor which allows me to use lots of different therapeutic tools and techniques enabling me to tailor the therapy best suited to the individual clients and use the most appropriate approach to meet the client’s needs.
Offering a caring and knowledgeable environment to helping clients feel free enough to share their feelings and to recognize & achieve their goals.
I have worked with secondary school children aged between 11 to 18 year old for a local school and have been a volunteer counsellor for CASY in Newark for 3 years working with children and young adults aged 6 to 25 year old.
