I work integrative and with creative therapies, such as CBT, art & writing. My key listening and communication skills supports my work and understanding issues from trauma, bereavement, loss, and in times of transition, depression, gambling and addictions, when working with young people and adults over the life spans.

I have experienced counselling myself in the past and found it effective and beneficial towards self-awareness, and self-acceptance. I attended and promoted life coaching before I pursued my counselling career, which can be integrated within my sessions. I recognised a theme of support, befriending and reaching out through my developments, all in which I feel supports, my ability to others in counselling. I detach by the use of supervision, meditation, journal writing and conduct a healthy balance of relaxation and lifestyle.
