I am an independent counsellor, coach and training consultant trained in person centred and psychodynamic counselling. I have worked as a drug therapist and senior social work practitioner in Health & Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland mental health and alcohol and drug services. I also have experience offering one to one and group counselling with Nexus (NI) to adult survivors of sexual abuse.
Since 2008 I have been providing one to one counselling and coaching services to individuals and couples exploring relationships, anxiety, sexual abuse, career development, self esteem, alcohol and drug related difficulties, overcoming stress at my private offices in Derry/Londonderry.
