I am an accredited member of NCS (National Counselling Society) . I have a room overlooking fields where you can feel safe in a comfortable, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I work with the view that the client is the expert on their own needs and feelings. We will work at whatever pace you are comfortable and happy with. I am here to listen and to understand you. It is so important that you feel a good therapeutic connection with your counsellor so much so that I will offer you a 30-minute consultation for free, you can meet me and we can discuss what you hope to get out of counselling, I will explain to you how I work and you can decide whether it is for you or not. I do understand how nerve racking and scary it can feel but I will support you through that.
I work with adults, I am happy to work with you no matter what the problem.
If you decide to work with me you can have as many or as few sessions as you wish and the amount you choose to have may change as you go through. That is fine I will work with you. You can text me or call with any questions you may have.
I offer discounted rates for counsellors and student counsellors.

• Qualifications & Experience

  level 2 award in counselling concepts.
  
  level 3 certificate in counselling skills.
  
  level 4 diploma in therapeutic counselling.
  
  level 4 counselling children and adolescents.
  
  I qualified in January 2017, after completing my work placement I stayed on for a further 7 years counselling adults and children with a variety of different needs and issues. More recently my work has moved on to working alongside Kent SEND support working with children with a variety of SEN needs.
