Welcome. I'm Glenna Demeter, a Fellow Accredited Adults Counsellor/Psychotherapist in Bexley Village, DA5 Kent. I'm a trauma informed counsellor who is experienced in working with bereavement and loss, trauma and abuse, anxiety and depression and relationship difficulties. I work face to face and by telephone.

For many people it can be difficult to know how to change things.
• Sometimes life events and situations can be difficult to manage
• Sometimes our relationships, family lives and working lives stop working
• Many of us lead very busy lives and struggle with burnout and stress
• It’s easy to feel isolated and not to know what to do about it
• It’s also easy to feel held back by things that happened in the past

I support people to identify what's not working, to understand themselves better and to begin to change the things that will help make a difference.

If you would like to make an appointment to see me please call or text 07804 956153 at your convenience. My phones are on silent when I'm working.

If you send a text message please leave your name and let me know that you want to ask about counselling. I'll text you back to you as soon as I'm free.
