I’m Stephanie, I’m an integrative Counsellor.

I use a range of different counselling modalities and techniques to best suit the individual in what they feel they may need when coming for counselling.
I believe we are all unique and therefore using an umbrella of interventions can be beneficial to help create positive change.
I believe that within us all there is an inner child which is longing to be seen, accepted l, validated, nurtured and loved, and in connecting with this aspect of self, we can begin to love and fully understand ourselves better.
