Perhaps you have been struggling lately with the normalities of everyday life? Perhaps something has occurred that has clearly and substantially impacted you? Either way, or any way in between, sometimes life can become overwhelming. If you feel that you need help further than the remits of your family and friends, I am here to help you figure things out.
I am an Accredited Registrant of the NCS and hold a Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and a Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy. As an ethical practitioner, I continually seek to expand knowledge base and skill set and find that each new client offers me the chance to do this. The regular CPD courses and supervision I attend both offer me the chance to grow professionally and personally.
We all have the capacity to enjoy life. This belief has inspired me to help others. You, and all of your life experience is of interest to me because it is there in which you can find your strengths, find resolution and open yourself to a better life. Regardless of what you have been through, there is always time to choose acceptance and in doing so, connect with your real self.
I embrace both the Psychodynamic approach to counselling and the Humanistic theories. In other words, I encourage my clients to understand the role of their past and to look to their future. I will offer you a therapeutic relationship which embraces the fears we have surrounding change and helps turn them into something powerful. I will provide a confidential and safe environment to explore these fears without judgement. I work with all types of issues and have extensive experience in dealing with trauma, stress, stress management, anxiety, depression and sleep problems.
Please feel free to email, text or call for more information. I would be happy to organise a free 30 minute consultation to explore your options.
