I draw from a range of models including: cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment (ACT), mindfulness, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy. My main priority is helping people recognise their own potential and support them to increase their skills so they can make positive changes in their lives whether this is in their relationships, career or personal health goals.
