If you are a CEO, Business Owner, Business Leader or Senior Manager experiencing; stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, dysfunctional relationship with food, struggling with decision making and cognitive function or simply feeling a little lost in life or your career, then I can help.

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Coach and seasoned Personal Development Coach, with over a decade experience at senior level management in the corporate world. I'm also the founder of 8Wise™, author of 8 Wise Ways to a Healthier Happier Mind and host of the Live The 8 Wise Way podcast.

I work with busy senior level career professionals, across all sectors and industries, experiencing poor mental wellbeing that is impacting on their health, both physically and mentally. I empower clients to take control and create positive change in their lives, whether it be in their careers, relationships, health, business, self-perception, or their own healing processes.

8Wise™ is my critically acclaimed approach for healing from the past, managing the present and creating a healthier future. It draws on; Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Compassion therapy, Hypnotherapy, Positive Psychology, Therapeutic Life Coaching. I designed it as both a prevention and a recovery tool so that the 1 in 4 experiencing mental health issues can use it but so can the 3 in 4 who are at risk of developing them can to, because I believe that prevention is better than cure where possible.

On receiving your enquiry, I will offer you a Free, No Obligation 30-minute Consultation via Zoom, an informal chat to get to know each other better. If after the consultation you choose to move forward with me I request that you commit to 3 weekly sessions in the first instance to build momentum and motivation. I will then meet you when you arrive onto the 2nd floor and escort you to the office.

For online appointments I will send you a confirmation email for the appointment plus a Zoom log in which you simply click on at the time of your appointment which will bring you into a private online meeting room with myself. If you have a calendar that you manage a personal diary through I can also send a Zoom invite that can be directly added to your calendar with reminders attached depending on your own set up.

Q: What to expect during my therapy sessions?
Each session provides an opportunity for you to talk freely about your issues, identify the goals you would like to focus on, and set realistic tasks and timelines to meet them. it also allows us to identify specific areas or problem you would like to find solutions for.

In our first session together, we will spend some time identifying the current issues and setting some realistic short-term and long-term goals that you would like to focus on, and we will identify the first steps to reaching them.
