Key Worker CounsellingMates in Mind

Sometimes people experience stress, anxiety & depression in such a way that greatly affects their lives, work and relationships. Many of the people that work with me are survivors of various kinds of trauma. Through us working together we can explore the what life is like for you; make sense of things; understand what is really going on; process emotions; explore other options; develop ways to manage stressors; build healthier relationships; develop self-esteem; raise self-awareness; experience personal growth and become more authentic.

I offer people a safe place to talk and gradually begin to feel better. I offer short-term and long-term therapy to adults and young people. My approach is integrative so I use and blend modalities as required for each individual. This means that you receive a style of therapy tailored to you that is most likely to assist you in reaching your personal aims.

Counselling and psychotherapy is an investment in yourself and also can benefit those around you. So reach within, take that next step to towards improving your life and contact me to arrange an appointment today. You will hear back from me within 48-hours with more information about your counselling sessions. I look forward to hearing from you.
