As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I am here to listen and provide you a safe place to talk through things at your own pace. Working together, either face to face or online, we can make sense of what is really going on for you; gradually develop effective ways forward and assist you in the process of your personal growth towards holistic wellness and a brighter future.
