I am a person-centred counsellor that practices in a pluralistic way, I provide specific support that is centred around each unique client I work with so that they may benefit from different approaches and tools that may be of benefit to the any presenting issue they bring to session.
I value the strength of an individual that seeks to find a space to share so that they may develop a deeper understanding of themselves or what they may have experienced, to enable yourself to live with awareness, intention and peace.
I provide a space that facilitates safety and rapport so that any client I interact with feels secure and able to use the space to its full advantage.
