My name’s Ross and I help people overcome challenges, master their emotions, and enjoy happier and more fulfilled lives.

Life can be hard sometimes and having a friendly, non-judgemental ear to listen can be invaluable. I know from personal experience.

Throughout my 20s I struggled with depression and social anxiety. I thought there was something ‘wrong’ with me. I coped in unhealthy ways and was on and off medication for a few years. I finally decided there had to be a better way. I sought the help of a counsellor, and it was the best thing I ever did. Talking it out allowed to understand my thoughts and behaviours and take control of my emotions. From there I decided I wanted to help others overcome their struggles.

For the past 6 years I’ve been working with people from different backgrounds and with a wide variety of challenges. I love to listen, and I believe every problem has a solution which is why I favour person-centred and solution-focused therapies. But I can adapt my approach to suit your specific needs.

As well as my counselling awards I’m also an accredited life coach. Get in touch for a free 30-minute discovery session. I look forward to helping you on your journey 😊
