Whatever the issue, I offer precision counselling showing complete acceptance, understanding & empathy delivered in a caring, non-judgemental, secure, confidential environment. Mine is a person-centred/integrated approach, bespoke to the client's needs because one size definitely does not fit all! Finding the right counsellor for you as an individual is vital to success. So, I offer a free initial one hour consultation, after which you can decide if we should embark, together, on a therapeutic journey towards your goals.

  • Qualifications & Experience
    I hold an Advanced Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (AD Pro Dip Psy C)
    I am qualified a Hypnotherapist and hold Accredited status with The National Hypnotherapy Society
    I have been a qualified practicing teacher for 31 years and hold a Bachelor of Education degree
    I hold Instructor status with MHFA England (Mental Health First Aid) accredited with the Royal Society of Public Health delivering Youth Mental Health First Aid courses.
