Accredited, integrative psychotherapist and counsellor based in Glasgow City Centre. As a psychology graduate; an acute understanding of thoughts, feelings and behaviour is the foundation of therapeutic work I undertake with clients. By adopting an integrative approach, I am able to adapt to each individual and their goals for therapy in a way that is truly client centred. I have over ten years experience working with a wide variety of people and diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction and bereavement; however will always tailor my approach to your unique personal circumstances

Working with a person centred framework, I am primarily interested in getting to know you as a human being, allowing you the time and space to explore the issues that are important to you. A spirit of collaboration is fundamental to my approach, employing mindfulness, psychodynamic theory or other interventions only when this is appropriate to your goals

I am currently offering face to face sessions in a convenient, comfortable Glasgow City Centre location, in addition to teletherapy. Sessions and treatment plans can be arranged in a flexible manner that reflects your personal needs. Get in touch with me today to arrange a free telephone consultation to discuss how I can support you and your personal goals
