I am an experienced integrative and systemic counsellor. I work as a GP surgery practice counsellor, within a Primary Care setting, for Counsellors Southwest CIC. I am fully trained and qualified with Relate, for whom I work as a relationship counsellor. . I also have a private practice.
Being an Integrative counsellor means that I use a combined approach in therapy, considering you as a whole and tailoring counselling techniques to your individual needs and circumstances. Where appropriate, I introduce a focus on how an individual's personal relationships, behavior patterns and life choices are interconnected with the issues they face in their life. Systemic therapy gives people a safe space to explore the system they are in, whether personal or professional.
I work from rooms in Tavistock and also offer online and telephone sessions.
