My name is Lisa, and I'm an integrative counsellor working in the Belfast area for the last 12 years. I am currently in a position to offer telephone/skype counselling service. Covid has changed how I work as a counsellor, and I have found that telephone/skype counselling is just as beneficial as face-to-face.
I work with clients struggling with a range of issues. The sessions are led by you while focusing on your needs in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I aim to help clients whether offering support through the process of improving mental health, addressing difficulties they are currently experiencing, or simply adjusting to challenging life changes.
My favorite thing about counselling is having the privilege to go along with a client on their journey and see them grow and develop as the weeks go on, witness them making the changes they need in order to improve what initially brought them to counselling.
