If you've never had counselling before, the thought of talking to a complete stranger about something that's troubling you may seem daunting. With a free initial consultation, I can offer a safe place to talk and professional support to help guide you along a path to positive change.

Do you regularly feel anxious, and don’t know why? Are you someone who suffers from periods of depression or low mood, that you find hard to understand and leaves you feeling debilitated? Or perhaps you are in a relationship where you feel unsupported or unfulfilled?

I provide counselling to adults dealing with a range of emotional and psychological problems. I work with clients presenting with issues including abuse, ageing, anger, anxiety, depression, grief, menopause, perinatal, self-esteem, relationship problems.

My practice is based in Tunbridge Wells and is easy to get to, and convenient for transport links and with free parking in the area.
