With a passion for listening and always being the 'Agony Aunt' of the district, I thought it was time to follow my dreams and become a professional Counsellor. With the children off my hands and with a lifetime full of experiences (not all good), I took on the long challenge and have never looked back. As long as I can remember I have always been fascinated by people and their behaviour, why do we say and do the things we say and do? Its now my mission to provide a safe and comfortable space for you, in order for me to listen to you without judgement, in the hope that I can help you to overcome the difficulties facing you?

I have a particular interest in helping people with anxiety and depression. Unfortunately too many of us are now in a very uncomfortable place due to world and lifestyle changes. This can affect us in many ways, often making simple daily tasks very difficult or impossible.

Please get in touch if you need help in moving forward.
