I work in Chepstow town centre close to Newport, Monmouth and Bristol. The style of counselling I work within is Gestalt with the emphasis on the present moment, however past life experiences can also be explored, particularly when you feel these experiences continue to affect you as an adult. I have also trained with Relate as a relationship Counsellor. There are times in your life when you may feel you need to speak to someone outside your family or friendship circle. You may be feeling isolated during a particularly stressful time in your life, relationship or feel depressed and anxious. You may not be aware of the reasons you are feeling unhappy and dissatisfied with your life. I am committed to providing couple counselling and individual therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I see individuals and couples who define their sexuality as hetrosexual, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender.
