I am a Counsellor, Life Coach and Workshop Facilitator based in Mid Ulster. I have been trained in the Integrative Counselling tradition which means that I work with a wide variety of theories and principles which I cater to the individual client. I am particularly interested in Psychosynthesis (Spiritual matters), Ecotherapy (nature and its therapeutic effects), Person Centred Therapy (client autonomy) and Life Coaching (moving forwards with positivity and support). I am also a PhD student at Queens University Belfast studying the relationship between Nature and Mental Health.

I am passionate about empowering the client and I believe that the client knows what is right and best for them at all times in the therapeutic relationship. I love my work and I am very flexible in how I work with clients. Please get in touch if you would like any further information.
