Hi, my name is Anna-Maria, I am integrative therapist. I am passionate about helping young people and adults to develop and grow at their own pace. I believe each person is unique and powerful. I feel we need support at certain times in our life. Our past/present experiences sometimes stops us from living life to our full potential.
I understand processing can be overwhelming for people and those who have experienced trauma, therefore we will always go at the pace that you feel comfortable with.
My aim as a counsellor, is to create a safe and secure environment, so that you can explore your challenges/dilemmas. The purpose is to confront them within a safe and confidential surrounding. I am aware of the difficulties that come with focusing on ourselves and maintaining our personal goals, providing a safe space will help you reach and process each goal.
