I am an integrative counsellor with over 8 years experience who works with individuals primarily using person-centred and psychodynamic principles.

I have an Upper Second BA(Hons) degree in Modern Iberian and Latin American Regional Studies from University College, University of London and hold an M.Phil in Latin American Studies from the University of Cambridge. I obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling in August 2013. I have been a volunteer counsellor for children and young people at a secondary school between 2012 and 2016. I counselled many adults at Sky Blue, an independent Cambridgeshire-based organisation that provided low-fee counselling therapy from May 2015 to 2019.

I worked for what is now the YMCA Trinity Group as an Intervention Worker. I delivered resilience-building programmes that involved working with groups and mentoring individual pupils at various primary schools and a secondary school.

I strongly believe that counselling can bring about life-changing growth and transformation in an individual's life. Moreover it can provide expanded freedom and choice. That is why I am committed to working in this field as an integrative counsellor. I always endeavour to treat my clients with compassion, sensitivity and respect and provide them with a safe and non-judgemental space.

I take an active interest in Continuing Professional Development.
