Key Workers CounsellingMates in Mind

I am a qualified and experienced neurodivergent counsellor. I have been counselling children, young people and adults since 2013. I have also been working with the neurodivergent community for many years and have lived and professional experience.
I understand how NT counselling can leave some people frustrated that maybe counselling is not for them, or cannot work for people who are neurodivergent. I counsel from a neurodivergent perspective, I understand the complexities and uniqueness of a neurodivergent brain. The overwhelm from navigating in a world that wasn't designed for us- the anxiety, burnout and overwhelm. This can all be worked on in counselling. Telephone counselling can enable a person to set up the environment that feels right for them.

Please get in touch if you would like more information.
This is an inclusive counselling service all communities are welcome.
