I draw from the theories of Humanistic and Psychodynamic, as such my work as an integrative counsellor allows me to adopt the right approach for the individual.

Everyone I work with is treated respectfully as an individual.
I will offer a friendly, empathetic listening ear that will be non-judgemental, sensitive and confidential. We will work collaboratively to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a safe, private and tranquil space.
I value individual difference, honesty, integrity and most importantly supporting you to find your own path. I truly believe people can be empowered to find their own answers, improve their own resilience and continue to learn and grow to face all of life’s future challenges.

I also understand the thought of starting something new can be daunting and sometimes
overwhelming, least of all finding the courage to pick up the phone, talk to a stranger and ask for help... I would firstly like to try and reassure you that you are not alone.
Together we can begin this journey of self exploration.

So, what are you waiting for?
The only person that can look after you, is YOU!
YOU ARE worth it! YOU DO matter! And YOU ARE important!
