Life can be complex with various aspects of our situations, feelings and thoughts causing us difficulty at different times. I can offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to help you explore these issues and to look at why they have arisen. The sessions are led by where you want to go and at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is integrative and by using elements of different ways of working, such as person centred, psychodynamic and CBT, can be tailored to an individual’s needs.
I have extensive experience of working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including schools.
I feel that my approach can help with issues including anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, self-harm and self-defeating behaviours, sexuality and gender.
