I live in Ramsgate in Kent having lived and worked in London most of my life. I started out as a choreographer and become an academic in the arts with an expertise in Psychoanalysis. I received Psychotherapy myself following a traumatic experience and then again following bereavement. I retrained following an extended relocation to Saudi Arabia for work.
I have a Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Distinction, Thoros), a Postgraduate Cert. in Psychodynamic Counselling (Oxford University), a Master in Psychoanalytic Studies (Distinction, University of Kent, Canterbury), and a Doctorate in Psychoanalytic Studies (Canterbury). I have undertaken levels 1, 2 & 3 of EMDR training, CPD in Somatic Experiencing and Transactional Analysis. I am also an accredited Wellbeing Coach with Association for Coaching. I have also undertaken trauma training and am completing an Embodied Psychotherapy certification.
