Wendy’s specialisms include working with young people that are experiencing self esteem issues, anxiety, depression, relationship problems including dealing with the breakdown of the family unit and body dysmorphia.

As an experienced teacher (over 25 years) and previously a pastoral leader at Sixth Form level Wendy is well equipped to support teenagers through the challenges they may encounter and offer techniques and strategies towards self healing and self acceptance.
