Many of us need counselling at some point in our lives, making the first move to see a counsellor can feel like a big step. Do you feel like you are worrying more than normal? Has a particular event caused you upset? It could be because you are struggling with lives pressures or because you may feel as though you have lost your way.
Anxiety maybe getting the better of you and you feel 'stuck'.

I am here so we can work through these things together, Counselling is a personal and important journey and, I believe, one that everyone should have the opportunity to be able to access to become more self aware and content. Helping you create a tool kit of coping strategies and just having that safe space to share your story.

I work in an integrative way, which means I cater the sessions to the individual needs of the client. I have many years experience of providing emotional support to adults and young people in a variety of roles, in a variety of settings both face to face, online or telephone - it is important we find the right way for you.

I have a patient, calm and warm manner and I always show my natural, kind and caring nature to make certain you feel heard. Creating a caring and supportive rapport and environment to ensure a feeling of safety.
