Feeling down from time to time is a normal part of life, but when emotions such as hopelessness and despair take hold and just won't go, If going to work, socialising with friends, or even just getting out of bed can feel like a struggle, I can help.
I am NCS accreditated and BACP registered member, IntegrativeTherapist/ Counsellor, working with adults that suffer from depression, anxiety, burnout, anger issues, and all kind of negative unhealthy emotions that stop us from healthy functioning. I understand the importance of adapting treatment to the needs of the client, therefore I blend different Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy methods, Self-Compassion Therapy and Mindfulness.
